Specifically, they have carried it out on the <strong> auto, health and home insurance<\/strong>. Let's look at the results.<\/p>\n<h2>The OCU's insurance analysis<\/h2>\n<p>According to the OCU, almost 13,000 members responded to these questions.  It is a figure that gives us a good picture of how policies are working and whether companies are really serving consumers as they demand.<\/p>\n<p>There are some results that are surprising, in our opinion, such as, for example, loyalty to insurers. According to 2017 data, 34% in home insurance and around 50% in health insurance, have been with their company for more than 10 years, without changing.<\/p>\n<h2>Car insurance, the most popular<\/h2>\n<p>Let's look at some interesting facts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>61% of them have reported at least once in the last 5 years.<\/li>\n<li>55% of customers are considering a change of company<\/li>\n<li>21% of policyholders have had disagreements with the company regarding repair or compensation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In other words, we can see that, in general, there are <strong>considerable dissatisfaction<\/strong> in the car insurance company's dealings (the <strong>average score is 55 out of 100<\/strong>), with more than half of the policyholders willing to switch at maturity.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3370\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/satisfaccion-seguros-correduria-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Best insurance according to the OCU\" width=\"950\" height=\"633\" \/><\/p>\n<h2>Health insurance generates high satisfaction<\/h2>\n<p>Let's look at statistics on health insurance:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>39% of OCU members who responded have a health care policy.<\/li>\n<li>The average is at least 6 years for such a policy.<\/li>\n<li>The average grade for these insurances is B<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unlike car insurance, the <strong>people value having health insurance very highly<\/strong>; being <strong>Axa, Mapfre, Asisa or DKV<\/strong> above a \"B\", highly valued by customers.
