However, the average of the insurers was 8.18.<\/p>\n<p>Among other issues, it has notably improved its Customer Service through Social Networks, reaching a score of 9.82. In the same way, we must highlight its:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8.99 in e-mail responses<\/li>\n<li>8.18 in telephone service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Key to all of this is staff training, as well as a focus on improving the customer experience. These points were highlighted by Jaime Ortiz, as Asisa's Sales and Marketing Director.<\/p>\n<h2>How do you choose the company with the best Customer Service?<\/h2>\n<p>This choice is based on the techniques of<strong> \u2018mystery shopper\u2019<\/strong> (mystery shoppers) plus the <strong>customer reviews<\/strong> of insurance companies, evaluated by means of satisfaction surveys. This methodology is very appropriate as it combines an \u00abin situ\u00bb diagnosis of the company's service, together with the opinions of the company's customers.<\/p>\n<p>Through this study, it was concluded that the customer service provided by <strong>ASISA has a rating of 8.66 <\/strong>points out of 10, far higher than the average of the health insurers considered in the study, which was 7.43.<\/p>\n<h2>Pride for the Brokerage and its policyholders<\/h2>\n<p><strong>For us, as an insurance broker, it is a great satisfaction for us to<\/strong> to have a partner that offers a high quality service to our customers, the same service we like to provide ourselves.
